Yoga is far more than a philosophy or lifestyle choice; it is ‘wisdom’ that gives you awareness, knowledge and guidance to realise your true self. Yoga can help you gain a greater understanding of who you are and how you relate to the world.
Yoga practice includes postures, breath work and meditation. It encourages a transition from the external to internal, moving your way through sequences, focusing on your body, guided by your breath.
Classes and individual sessions will focus on biomechanics and alignment to ensure safety and foundation of practice but will also encourage you to play, explore and just be. You will be supported to develop your own regular practice both on and off the mat.
