This short course aims to deepen our understanding of the dynamic inter-relationship of how we feel with how we move, meditate and chant. It is directed towards yoga practitioners, teachers, therapists and body workers interested in 'HOW' we feel, 'WHY' it matters, and 'WHAT' to apply to positively influence our practice.
